QingCheng AE Institute have been committed to acoustic emission detection and monitoring in NDT industry for more than 20 years

QingCheng AE Institute (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd (QCAE) (previous name: Beijing Soundwel Technology) has been specializing in the research and development (R & D), production and technical application services of acoustic emission (AE) testing system, ultrasonic flaw detectors, ultrasonic thickness gauges and other testing instruments since 1998.

 

Our company’s Research and Development team has the ability to develop sensors, and electronic measurement software and hardware. In terms of acoustic emission piezoelectric transducers, we have a long-term research and development technological accumulation in the embedded FPGA, ARM and System-on-Chip (SoC) applications. In addition to the development of our own products, our R & D team can also customize and develop special testing instruments and equipment for users.
 

Our company's main products, acoustic emission (AE) system and equipment, are sold to China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Indonesia and other customers around the world.

  • Quality and Certificates
·In 2001, predecessor of the company, Tsinghua acoustic emission team developed the world's first real-time Windows system acoustic emission signal acquisition system at that time on the market are DOS real-time acoustic emission system.

·In 2007, QCAE developed the USB interface acoustic emission system. After that, PC is no longer the essential part of the AE system. A laptop can become the “PC” of the AE system. There are more and more advanced laptops available in the market, which makes the AE system more powerful, more functional, more portable and more convenient. 

·In 2013, QCAE developed the Wi-Fi and GPS wireless acoustic emission system, a multichannel wireless AE system using Wi-Fi wireless communication and GPS synchronous technology. The wireless AE system is able to perform all the functions that a wired AE system has but without wiring, including the positioning function. 

·In 2018, QCAE developed and launched the Internet of Things acoustic emission (IoT-AE) system RL1, an integrated Internet of Things platform with FPGA+ARM embedded system and NB-IoT communication built-in. IoT-AE is a remote unattended acoustic emission monitoring system. The sensors are on the tested structures while the data analysis results (such as the levels of AE access standard, alarm levels etc.) and the data itself (AE waveforms, AE hit parameters, AE analysis results) are on the servers (local/cloud) or mobiles. 

·In 2019, we launched the world’s first FPGA+ARM+IoT acoustic emission system. It was a non-Windows system, embedded system, unattended automatically data acquisition, analysis and reporting. 

·From 2006 to 2015, chosen as the AE examination instruments for the China Special Equipment AE Training Class for 10 consecutive years. 

·QCAE’s acoustic emission products have been on display in many conferences and shows for multiple times, for example the Acoustic Emission Working Group (AEWG), the European Working Group on Acoustic Emission (EWGAE), International Conference on Acoustic Emission (ICAE), World Conference on Non-Destructive Testing (WCNDT) and more. 

·In 2004: won the first prize of small and medium-sized Enterprise Innovation Award of the Ministry of Science and Technology, which was allocated 1.5 million RMB free of charge

·In March 2004, won the safety production science and technology achievement award issued by the State Administration of Work Safety

·In January 2008, passed ISO9001 quality system certification. 

·In May 2008, obtained grade A qualification certificate of nondestructive testing organization. 

·In December 2008, obtained software enterprise certification. 

·In March 2009, obtained the manufacture of measuring instruments license issued by Beijing Bureau of Quality Supervision. 

·In November 2009, the acoustic emission detector obtained the explosion-proof certificate issued by the petroleum and chemical industry electric explosion-proof quality supervision and inspection Center. 

·In 2010, the acoustic emission technology project won the second prize of the State Science and Technology Progress Award issued by The State Council

·In 2012, passed the high and new technology enterprise certification. 

·In 2013, the acoustic emission products of the thickness gauge and ultrasonic probe passed CE certification

·By 2015, it has obtained 15 software Copyrights and 10 patent certificates related to acoustic emission, ultra-detection and thickness measurement
